    (i) emails, links in emails, and their attachments;

    (iii) information, text, data, graphics, images, files, documents, audio, video, code, software, or other content shared through collaboration or content-sharing platforms, including chat-based workspaces.

Recipient

  • Electronic communications are intended for the named recipient(s) only. If you are not the intended recipient and have received an electronic communication in error:
  • Please notify the sender immediately using the contact details contained in the message, or by the quickest available means (e.g., email or telephone).
  • Delete the electronic communication once notification has been made.
  • Do not forward, copy, share, or otherwise transmit the communication or any of its contents.
  • Do not print, save, or store the communication or its contents in either electronic or physical form.

Confidentiality

  • Any views or opinions expressed in an electronic communication are those of the sender and do not necessarily represent the official position of SSNR, unless explicitly stated. SSNR will not be held liable for such personal communications and reserves the right to take disciplinary action against any individual breaching these provisions.
